As the leader of the content team, Emma has overhauled Impact’s core messaging to make it clear and consistent across all marketing assets and sales collateral to ensure that prospects and clients always hear the same story, regardless of who’s telling it. She regularly liaises with members of Impact’s executive leadership to help them craft their own insightful thought leadership that builds their authority as industry experts.
Emma began her writing career in 2018 as a Senior Staff Writer and Producer of a feminist sketch comedy YouTube channel before becoming a Freelance Content Writer. In 2021, she joined Impact as a Copywriter, where she spearheaded content strategy to enhance the team’s inbound marketing plan.
In 2022, Emma was promoted to a Content Manager position, where she managed a team of four content marketers and communications specialists before moving into her director role in 2024. In 2024, she was nominated for the Women in Content Marketing Awards by the Content Marketing Institute.
