Frank DeGeorge

Frank DeGeorge is Impact’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a Partner at Impact, where he’s responsible for establishing the company’s technological vision and strategic direction, as well as building and implementing platforms to support customers, employees, and partners. He has more than 18 years of experience driving innovative change in complex technology departments.

Frank is also a board member for DOT Security.

Frank manages several teams of experts responsible for designing and implementing solutions that automate redundant and inefficient business processes, maintains partner relationships, and regularly vets new solutions to add to the company’s portfolio.

In 2006, Frank joined Impact as a Strategic Services Manager and was made a Partner in 2014. He was the General Manager of Strategic Services and the Vice President of Strategic Services before transitioning his current role as CTO.

Frank graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. He also completed Kellogg Executive Education’s Chief Digital Officer Program.
