Impact offers employee resource groups (ERGs) to connect, share experiences, and foster a sense of belonging. Folks with shared identities, interests, or experiences enjoy seminars, networking events, and leadership opportunities, promoting inclusivity and driving positive change. Community Partnerships
Impact partners with the Safer Foundation, an organization that helps people with arrest or conviction records achieve their true potential. We provide these students with job shadowing, coaching, and career opportunities so they have everything they need to build productive, fulfilling careers. Impact also gives all team members a day off once a year for Make an Impact Day to make a difference in their communities through volunteering, donating money, or however else they can.
